At Pure Plan Management, we’re a family-run business passionate about helping people get the most out of their NDIS plans. Based and focused on the Central Coast, we also support participants across Newcastle, Sydney, and beyond. We bring years of experience in the NDIS space to every person and plan we work with.

Meet Our Team

With over a decade of hands-on experience, our Director, Imbi, is not just a numbers expert but a certified bookkeeper specializing in NDIS accounts. Darren, an integral part of our team, his experience in the industry with his deep understanding of the NDIS sector and personable approach makes him a favourite with participants and providers.
Together, we seamlessly operate across various NDIS sectors, accumulating a wealth of knowledge. We’re not just plan managers; we’re advocates for your success. Trust us for extensive experience, knowledgeable insights, and unwavering commitment to helping you achieve your NDIS goals.

IMBI
Imbi is a Central Coast local with strong connections to Sydney, Newcastle, and the Hunter. A qualified, certified bookkeeper, she’s been working in the NDIS space since 2017 and brings deep knowledge of how the system works.
Imbi’s journey started in her mum’s medical practice as a teenager and grew into a career focused on financial leadership and client care. While working as Finance Leader for a provider, she saw a real need for plan management that truly puts participants first - and Pure Plan Management was born.
Imbi is highly motivated and keeps a close eye on industry updates, policy changes, and the ever-evolving NDIS space. She enjoys helping others understand what’s changing and why - whether it’s supporting clients, mentoring team members, or sharing knowledge with the broader sector.
With years of experience in NDIS claiming, budgets, and price guide know-how, Imbi is all about helping people feel confident and in control of their funding. She’s approachable, smart, and always up for a chat. If you need someone to explain the numbers or guide you through your plan - Imbi’s your person.

DARREN
Darren is a Central Coast local, with ties Sydney and regional NSW. He’s worked in the disability sector since the block-funded days, with hands-on experience in support worker roles, access and home modifications, and of course, plan management.
With a background in customer service, business, and finance, Darren brings a practical, grounded approach to helping NDIS participants manage their funds. He understands real-world challenges people face and is brilliant at breaking down the complex stuff - like price guides, invoice issues, and tricky funding questions.
Darren’s calm, down-to-earth nature makes him easy to talk to, and his dedication to helping others shines through in every conversation. Whether you need help with a provider invoice or just want to better understand your budget, Darren’s here to help.
